Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 July 2026

By downloading or using Duskeep ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Duskeep is a personal voice-journaling app. You record short spoken notes, which are transcribed and summarized into written entries. The app requires an account (Apple or Google sign-in) and an internet connection to process recordings.

Your content

You own the recordings, transcripts, and entries you create. You grant Duskeep and its processors a limited licence to transmit and process your content solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you record and for using the app lawfully.

Acceptable use

Do not use Duskeep to record unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.

Subscriptions

Duskeep+ is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.

Disclaimer

AI-generated summaries may contain errors and are provided "as is". Duskeep is offered without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
